My career goal is to become the top executive of a firm where I can capitalize on my managerial skills and apply various business concepts and strategies learnt during the MBA programme to the success of the organization and to my own career growth.
As a Software Design engineer in XXX, I worked in a rapidly evolving technology,YYY. During this work experience, I had the chance to see for myself the dynamic nature of today’s market and competition among various leading MNCs to gain market share. Further, it made me understand the importance of strong leadership for the success of an organization irrespective of the brand value of the product or growth of the sector.
The challenges I faced during my professional life made me realize that, in order to achieve my long term career goal I should hone my business and interpersonal skills and have a proper understanding of the way the world does business today. Further, since business problems span multiple domains, its essential for me to have a sound knowledge in various fields like marketing, finance, human resource, operations, economics etc. in order to successfully handle them.
Towards achieving my career aspirations, I understand it is imperative to pursue a Management programme, specializing in Systems or Operations. I strongly believe FMS with its strong teacher student’s ratio, faculty of international standards and corporate exposure will broadbase my ability to handle dynamic and unpredictable real life, business situations and help me realize my dream.
