Job Description :
The requirement is to maintain and support applications developed on Oracle Database 9i with Oracle Forms and Reports.
* Your primary responsibility is to receive calls from user groups and fix complaints on existing software applications
* You should be willing to work on multiple shift timings like 6.30 am to 2.30 pm and 2.30 pm to 10.30 pm
* You should be willing to work on Saturdays / Sundays with weekly off taken on other week days.
* You should be proficient in Hindi and English speaking to handle complaints coming from user groups
* You should be proficient with PL/SQL and Oracle database, to do new programming modules or do changes to existing modules
