Job Description
Involved in end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing profiles to salary negotiation and on boarding candidates.
Should be able to effectively use job portals, references, job postings, conduct Walk Ins, co-coordinating with consultants, managing databases & co-ordination of Employee Referral Schemes.
Initial screening of profiles based on requirements and assessing their communication, technology, competency, attitude and fitment.
Involved in final HR discussion – Calculating pay, getting approvals from business heads, salary negotiation with short-lists, getting offer approval and rolling out Offer letters.
