JOB PROFILE-
1: IT Helpdesk – Technical Support Associate – VOICE BASED (0 to 18 months of experience)
1. :Salary : Freshers- 1.3 lakhs
2. Experienced- Will be discussed by the Hiring Manager at the time of interview
3. Locations Hyderabad/Bangalore
4. Must have good communication skills
5. Must have knowledge on Computer Hardware and Networking concepts
6. Must be willing to work in Shifts
2. Job Role : Service Coordinator (SM) – Non Tech profile (Management)

3. Requirements : Must have good communication skills : Must have basic knowledge in network concepts

4. : One certification preferred (MCSE)
5. Must be willing to work in 24/7
6. Minimum 1.8 lac
7. Mandatory : Should have completed 15 years of education
