Job Description :
- Application support of global application. Ensuring the application is up and running at all times
- Troubleshooting errors.
- Co-ordination between client and vendor.
- Communicating effectively with clients, vendors and all users.
- Creating test scripts, User Acceptance Testing and System Integrity Testing of Patches and new enhancements.
- Creating reports
Expected Profile :
- Graduate with NIIT / BCA / BE (Freshers)
- Knowledge of Oracle and Java
- 0 – 2 yrs experience
- Should be ready to work in shifts
- Good communication skills
- Should be a team player
