Amdocs Recruits Freshers

1) Production Support position will require hands-on involvement in OMS in the areas of identifying, trouble-shooting, scripting, analysis, tracking and reporting. In addition resources will be required to carry on-call CellPhone/Pager and should be willing to work Night and Weekend shifts.
2) Analysis of Flow-Thru fallout, identifying order fallout, identifying area of order fallout, troubleshooting order fallout, Oracle SQL Scripting, Using/Developing small Java Programs to automate tasks.
3) Creating/Updating/Posting XML files, working with responsible LS downstream groups, and assigning issues to other groups, tracking of the issues, knowledge base maintenance and reporting.
Desired Candidate Profile:
1) Ability to perform technical trouble shooting and perform proper problem resolution
2) Good understanding of workflow processes
3) Excellent SQL knowledge and ability
4) 1-2 Years of working experience in a Production Support role
5) Freshers can also apply, but should have soound knowledge of SQL / Qracle
