Job Description
Excellent communication skills (Oral and written)
Excellent command over English
Able to comprehend the requirements of the client (as communicated verbally or in writing) and prepare documentation
A good team player, and capable of working independently & tracking assigned SLA’s
Able to work in a fast paced environment under constant pressure at a stretch
Capable of working under project deadline pressures
Flexible (Overtime wise)
Deliver high Quality results within the set time frame
24×7 shifts
Ready to go the extra mile
Will work on other regular tasks like Helpdesk, Content Migration and other ASC tasks when there is no documentation work.
Desired Profile
Required :
Atleast 1 – 2 years of professional experience in writing technical documentation
Advanced user of Microsoft Office products
Additional Advantage :
ITIL certification and
Exposure to ITIL
Experience with working in a portal environment
Experience 1 – 4
