For the following positions the qualification required is BE / BTech / ME / MTech / MCA or equivalent and an experience of 5-14 years
Sr Project Managers / Project Managers
- Strong IT Project & People Management skills and customer handling experience
- Exposure to Data Centre Operations / processes
- Experience in Project Planning, Estimation, Tracking, Budget Control, Monitoring, Risk & Issue management
- Ability to work in multi-tasking environment and handling multiple projects
- Strong experience in Server administration / Backup / Service desk / NOC / Networking
- Prince 2/ITIL Certification is a major plus
IT Application Support Managers / Leads
- Hands-on experience in leading teams in 24×7 application support projects involving on-call support, problem resolution, back-ups, downloads and troubleshooting, system outages, trouble tickets etc.
- Experience in NOC / data center and Helpdesks is desirable
- Prince 2/ITIL Certification is a major plus
Network Security Architects / Implementers / Designers
- Experience in Network desgin implementation (LAN / WAN / Security)
- Experience in Performance Management and security solutions
- Experience of managing MPLS / Frame Relay Networks / VOIP / Voice Solutions (AVAYA/Nortel). Excellent customer service skills
- CISCO / Security Certifications are mandatory
Solution Designers / Sr. Solution Designers / Architects (Job Code: SD 08/2)
- Experience in software design, requirements capture and business analysis
- Understanding of Telecom Domain, OSS / BSS, eTOM. Knowlege of UML, EAI-BEA Web logic, IBM Message broker
- COTS products in Fulfillment, Revenue assurance, Billing, CRM will be an advantage
- Preferred COTS – Siebel, BSCS Geneva, Cramer, Metasolv, Netcool, Clarify, Business Objects, Siebel Analytics / OBI
Environment Specialists
- OS Admin (UNIX, Solaris, HP-UX, AIX, Windows NT/2003)
- Tool (TOPAZ, RadVIEW, HP Openview, VMWare)
- DBA (Oracle, SQL Server)
Sr Testers / Test Managers (Job Code: TEST 08/2)
- Automation testing tools – winrunner, loadrunner, Test Director, QTP
- Test Manager – Telecom / OSS, Program / Test Management, Client Management
- Experience of Voice and/or Data Networks, Oracle, SQL, UNIX, C will be an added advantage
Sr Project Developers / Designers / Architects requried for -
Computer Telephony Integration / IVR Domain
- Genesys, Suite of products catering to multimediainteraction handling (voice/ email/ chat/ web collaboration)
- Similar suite of products from Avaya, Nortel IVR, Cosmocom, Cisco ICM
Web Technologies
- Java, J2EE, EJB, JSP, Struts, XML, UML, Apache Tomcat, Web Services, Weblogic, Oracle
- Mandatory Knowledge: Previous experience of working on an Application integration Project and large scale development project, Messaging & EAI methodologies
Business Intelligence
- ETL – PL/SQL, Ab Initio, Informatica, Business Objects, Business Intelligence, Oracle Warehouse Builder
Open Systems (Job Code: OS 08/2)
- C, C++, Unix, Perl, Shell scripting, UML
Enterprise Application Integration
- Tuxedo, Tibco, BEA – Web logic integration, EAI-Web sphere Process Server, Web sphere Integration, MQ Series, Vitria
