Their portfolio of services are finance and accounting, back office processes for clients in insurance space, payroll services and HR processes. Their clients include the largest insurance broker in US and many software and MNC clients in India for payroll services. They are about 350 people strong and operate out of Bangalore. The company is confident of adding another 200 people by Dec 2007. The CD Board of directors are highly experienced senior professionals with wide exposure to global business. CD has strong operational management team. Crossdomain has also the backing of ICICI venture as their investors.
Payroll Services Division (PSD) of Crossdomain is servicing major clients in India. The total employee records that Crossdomain processes are in excess of 50,000 and are one of the top two-service provider of payroll in India. They are currently looking for Senior Manager who can take care of their Payroll Services Division (PSD).

Responsibilities:
1.Delivery of products
2.Responsible for Integrated exe and reports
3.Executing as per plan
4.Delivery of bugless product
5.Adhere to QMS processes
Desired Candidate Profile
1)Candidate should be a graduate with MCA.
2)Have 1-3 years of experience in software developing.
3)Have good analytical skills.
4)Have good verbal and written communication skills.
Experience: 1 – 4 Years
