Qualification : Matric, Two years diploma in Electronics/ Telecommunications or equivalent recognised by the Government of India.

Age : 18-27 years as on 15-2-2008 relaxable for SC/ ST/ OBC as per rules and 5 years relaxable for Prasar Bharati employees

Scale of Pay : Rs. 4000-100-6000 plus allowance as admissible.

Attested Photocopies for proof of SC/ ST/ OBC, date of birth, educational qualification should also be enclosed. If any of these certificates are found incorrect at any stage before or after appointment, the candidature as well as the appointment will be cancelled forthwith without any notice.

Typed Application duly filled in the prescribed proforma and complete in all respect alongwith the requisite fee of Rs. 100/- (Rupees 25/- for SC/ ST) by way of Demand Draft/ IPO drawn in favour of DDO, PBBCI, DDK, New Delhi should be submitted to the Director, Doordarshan Kendra, Doordarshan Bhawan, Phase-II, Copernicus Marg, Delhi on or before 15 Feb 2008. * Candidates clearing the written tests will go through technical interviews at the above centers.
* Based on a National Merit List, selected candidates will be sent Appointment Letters. Decision for placement will be based on the selection process and will be at the sole discretion of the company.

Appointment & Compensation:

* Appointment will be at any of the Reliance Group companies / Manufacturing Sites / Businesses.
* Candidates will undergo One Year Training Program. On successful completion of Training, candidates will be absorbed in the ‘Manager’ Job Family with designation of ‘Manager’.

CTC structure for Graduates (BE / BTech):

* 3rd Year – Rs 4.45 lacs p.a.+ PLI as per the Performance Appraisal Cycle.

CTC structure for Post-Graduates (ME / MTech):

* 1st Year – Rs 3.05 lacs p.a.
* 2nd Year – Rs 4.10 lacs p.a. + Rs 70,000 (One Time lump sum continuity amount payable upon completion of 2 years) + Performance linked Incentive (PLI) for the second year to be paid as per the Performance Appraisal cycle
* 3rd Year – Rs 4.75 lacs p.a.+ PLI as per the Performance Appraisal Cycle.
